Pi Beta Phi loves to honour and give awards to its high achieving chapters and members. Chapter awards are based on the chapter evaluation that is completed each calendar year. All chapters strive to reach the Phi level and be recognized as a Chapter of Excellence. Chapter awards are given for general excellence, scholastic achievement, outstanding community service, effective programming and Panhellenic participation. During odd numbered years, the award presentations are a highlight at our biennial convention. On the even years Grand Council does a virtual award presentation on the Fraternity Website. 


At the 2017 international convention celebrating 150 years of Pi Beta Phi, our very own Zea Rowland-Horvat won the prestigious Jean Wirths Scott Award for Outstanding Change Leadership. This sisters of Ontario Alpha are extremely proud of Zea's accomplishments and are excited for her to receive this recognition.
